Graview Cloud for events

Run the day, not the group chat.

An event is a hundred decisions scattered across messages: the run of show, the vendors and their quotes, the rooms, the people who still haven't confirmed. Put it in one app everyone can open — and change it by asking, as plans move.

  • A run of show that knows who's on, where, and when
  • Vendors weighed against a budget, one booked per category
  • A live view for everyone involved, on any phone
Starting points

Start from one of these — or just describe yours.

Each one is a complete app for events: answer a couple of questions and it's yours to change however you like.

How it works

From a sentence to a shared app — in about a minute.

No forms to design, no columns to set up, nothing to learn first. Describe the job; Graview Cloud works out what's in it.

  1. Ask in the chat you already use

Connect Graview to ChatGPT or Claude once. Then just say what you need — the way you'd say it to a friend who's good at this.

  2. Get a real app, at its own address

Not a doc, not another spreadsheet tab: an app with the right things in it — vendors, budgets, quotes, who's booked — at an address of its own, on your phone and your laptop.

  3. Work in it together, live

Invite the people doing it with you. Everyone sees each change the moment it happens, and every change says who made it.

  4. Change it by saying so

“Call it price instead of quote.” “Add the deposit.” “Warn me if we go over budget.” The app changes shape and keeps everything in it — and if a change would lose something, it asks first.

Changes as you go

Your app grows with the job — just say what's different.

Plans change. A spreadsheet makes you rebuild; Graview Cloud lets you say it. Rename a field, add one, add a choice, add a rule that watches for trouble — from the same chat, in the same plain words.

  • Nothing quietly lost. Every record comes through the change. If a change would drop data, you're asked first.
  • Every version kept. Each change to the app's shape is a version you can go back to.
  • Rules for everyone. A warning you add shows up for everyone in the app, with the fix beside it.
Live, together

Everyone in the same app — and your AI in the room.

Invite the people doing it with you. Each change shows up for everyone the moment it's made, with who made it. Your AI works in the same app — every change it makes is marked as made for you, and can be taken back with one tap.

  • See who's here. Faces at the top, live, on every device.
  • No silent overwrites. Edit the same thing at once and you're asked whose to keep.
  • Your chat keeps up. When others change the app, your AI is told before it answers you.
  • Undo is per change. Take back one thing — yours, a teammate's or your AI's — without losing anything else.
Private by default

Put real life in it. It stays yours.

The people, the money, the plans — it belongs to you and the people you choose, and nobody else.

Only the people you invite

An app is private until you share it, and everyone you invite gets a role: owner, editor or viewer.

Your AI acts as you — never more

A chat can do only what you could do in that app, says it was the one acting, and can never change who has access.

Who sees what, decided by you

An app can keep some records to some people. A record you may not see isn't there for you — not on the page, not in a search, not in your chat.

Every app on its own

Each app runs by itself, at its own address. One app can never reach into another's records.

Nothing is lost quietly

Every change is kept, attributed and undoable, and every version of the app's shape is kept too. A change that would lose data asks first.

Leave whenever you like

Export the whole app, history and all, at any time. Graview staff can't open it unless you grant support access — and you can end that whenever you choose.

Pricing

Simple, and coming soon.

Every amount is still coming soon — nothing here is a price you can pay yet. We'll say what it costs before anything costs anything.

For you

Coming soon

Make apps for the things you're doing, keep them as long as you like, and take them with you whenever you want.

For the people you invite

Coming soon
